I love to plant seeds and watch them grow. It makes me feel good to know I grew this and I will be able to either eat it or use it in cooking.  But, I have a bad back and if I don't have a table of sorts to stand at or sit at if I need to, I cannot do what I love for very long. Fortunately my husband is handy with tools, so he built me a table to use so my back won't bother me. It makes it so much easier if I have a something to use waist high versus bending over and killing my back. I like to be self-sufficient so it only makes sense to help myself get farther and not hurt while doing it.
